Santa Feans who shop at the Farmers Market will recognize Matt Romero as “the Chile Guy”. This video tells the  story of Matt and his farms in Alcalde and Dixon NM. We follow him from his fields to the Santa Fe farmers market to a visit with Matt Yohalem Santa Fe chef and owner of Il Piatto Enoteca on Marcy Street.
