Dr. FieldGoods “Where the Farm meets the Street”
Chef Josh Gerwin, chef/owner of the highly acclaimed Casa Viejo Restaurant in Corrales N.M. has come to Santa Fe. Severe structural damage to Casa Viejo’s 300 yr. old adobe walls forced closure of this popular restaurant.
Dr. Field Good’s menu features Specialty Sandwiches-”The New Mexican” – green chile rubbed pulled pork with sharp cheddar cheese and apple jicama slaw- delicious! “CFBLT”- country fried homemade bacon, w/arugula and tomato aioli. “Croque Senorita”- black forest ham, swiss cheese, creamy green chile sauce and one egg sunny-side up. Salads, burgers, burritos (lunch and breakfast), Sushi Roll and more. Trust me- it’s feel good food for Santa Fe.
