Brian Cox and Mike Shubic (‘The Road Bros”) are on a road trip across America to judge five cities in the “Best Food” category in this year’s “Best of the Road” competition. We found them at the Matt Romero Farms booth at the Santa Fe Farmers Market on Saturday morning. Matt prepared “American Edamame”(sauteed English peas) and sauteed baby carrots with mint for the bros. Everyone enjoyed Matt’s farm fresh veggies and “The Bros” agreed!
